Bettors at a Craps Game

If you are wanting excitement, boisterousness and more fun than you might be able to bear, then craps is simply the game to enjoy.
Craps is a fast-paced game with high-rollers, budget gamblers, and everyone in the middle. If you are a people-watcher this is one game that you will absolutely enjoy observing. There’s the whale, buying in with a large amount of money and making boisterous announcements when he bets across the board, "$520 across," you will hear the whale say. He’s the gambler to observe at this game and they know it. The whale will either win big-time or lose big and there’s no in the middle.
There is the low-roller, possibly trying to acquaint himself with the high-roller. he/she will tell the other competitors of books he’s read up on, on dice setting and hang around the most accomplished player at the craps table, prepared to talk and "share ideas and thoughts".
There is the disciple of Frank Scoblete most recent craps workshop. While Frank is the very best there is, his devotee must do his homework. This player will take 5 minutes to set his dice, so practice patience.
My favorite players at the table are the true chaps from the good old days. These elderly gentlemen are generally tolerant, generally kind and will almost always offer advice from the "great ole days."
When you take the plunge and decide to participate in the game, make sure you use appropriate etiquette. Find a spot on the rail and put your cash on the table in front of you in the "come" area. Never ever do this when the pair of dice are in motion or you will quickly be referred to as the very last personality I wished to talk of, the jerk.
